Right now it has installed on it and I was wanting to install onto it. From my searches people on other forums suggested trying to reload the IOS on the switch. I Googled to see what an ILP controller was and to see if it was something that I could fix. POST: ILP Controller Tests : End, Status Failed So looking at the error message a little further I noticed this. I bought a Cisco WS-C3550-24PWR for a home lab off of eBay and when I powered it up I got a message saying '!!! WARNING: The switch is not usable !!!'.
